In the first session you will learn the importance of the essential documents needed in the case of incapacity. We will share what those documents are and how they should be executed in the state of South Carolina. We will also discuss the use of Wills and revocable trusts as a means of distributing assets at the end of life. In the second session we will address irrevocable trusts and other available tools in preparation for long term care needs. A question and answer session will follow each discussion.
